Hello and welcome to my personal website. My name is Xuan Lu, a health researcher and data analyst at Columbia University Department of Medicine. I completed my Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Applied Biostatistics at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in 2024, and hold a B.S. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.

My work spans machine learning, natural language processing, and clinical data analysis — with a focus on infectious disease including MDR-TB, HIV, and sepsis across international cohorts. I have contributed to 21 publications in peer-reviewed journals, preprints, and conference abstracts between 2025 and 2026.
